Our Mission & Vision
Bonnie’s first taste of entrepreneurship was through the accelerator Founder Institute. It then led to many collaborative projects with the local startup community, including the most recent Startup Weekend Sustainability. That's where she met her partner-in-crime Diana B. Meanwhile, she computes numbers at one of the first FinTech companies in Canada.
If you would like to mentor or get involved as a volunteer, you can connect with Bonnie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outreach & PR
Diana’s principal passions are technology and education. A McGill graduate in History and Political Science, Diana entered the startup scene right after graduation. Prior to joining IBM as a Digital Strategy Consultant, Diana advised universities on how to leverage mobile technology to best engage students on campus. Her most recent contribution to the MTL community was as Marketing Director for the very first edition Startup Weekend Sustainability in Canada.
Are you a school that wants to promote UpStarts to its students? Are you a student looking to become a brand ambassador? If so, Diana wants to hear from you: email@example.com.

Meet Our Brand Ambassadors
Would you like to promote MTL UpStarts to your school or to your friends? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you would like to join the team.
Andrew is currently a high school student at Lower Canada College. He’s a real chill guy who likes to do things related to engineering and entrepreneurship. Over the summer, he has started work on a project involving the prototyping of a pair of folding roller skates which he designed of himself. Being one of the high school ambassadors of MTL Upstarts, he wishes to spread his passion for all things to build and create, as well as give feedback to the organization from a student’s perspective.
Amy's latest entrepreneurship experience was at a summer program, where she elaborated and presented a humanitarian service with her team. Currently a student at Lower Canada College, Amy dreams to work in the fields of natural sciences and economics.
Mia-Rita, an 11st grade student, is very interested in entrepreneurship. After her first contact with MTL Upstarts, she accepted the challenge to represent the organization at her school. She is a dynamic and devoted person who is also passionate about the business world. For her, innovation is just a pleasure.
